A Texas panhandle native, Joel Pardo was born in Amarillo, Texas and raised in the small town of Plainview, Texas. Mr. Pardo began his career at a personal injury law firm where he was quickly promoted to supervising attorney of the firm’s class action lawsuit docket. Mr. Pardo represented thousands of Gulf Coast business owners, individuals, and oil spill clean-up workers in their claims for damages against British Petroleum in the wake of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Mr. Pardo has also litigated cases against many large corporations and received a wealth of litigation and trial experience early on in his career, participating in over six civil litigation trials over the span of two years.
