As a passionate advocate for her clients, Grace has personal injury litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas and specializes in products liability and catastrophic injury claims. She has handled cases throughout the United States and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and South Dakota.
Recently, Grace was actively involved in the nationwide litigation against Monsanto Company for its Roundup Weedkiller products. One of her proudest professional victories was on behalf of an individual who was diagnosed with cancer after decades of using Monsanto’s products. Grace, along with her team, aggressively litigated the case and secured a multi-million-dollar jury verdict against Monsanto for their client.
Grace holds active memberships in many professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
Grace earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where she excelled in the law school’s nationally ranked trial advocacy program. She was named South Texas College of Law’s Best Advocate and won First Place Team in the law school’s Trial Academy two consecutive years by the late Dean T. Gerald Treece and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
Along with her husband and two children, Grace is a member of Houston’s First Baptist Church and volunteer with Houston Welcomes Refugees.
