Emiliano Farciert

ATTORNEY

Emiliano Farciert, Jr. is an associate attorney at Ramsey Law Group. He is driven by his desire to help those that have been wronged/injured by others. Emiliano is an experienced Houston personal injury lawyer that routinely handles cases throughout the State of Texas. His practice consists of representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims including premises liability, workplace accidents, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, sexual assault, and products liability cases

Emiliano is a first generation Texan, with his parents immigrating from Mexico. He was born in Houston, Texas and received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. Emiliano then received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law – Houston, graduating with honors. After graduating from South Texas, Emiliano clerked for the Honorable Beau A. Miller of the 190th Judicial District Court of Harris County.

To give back, Emiliano frequently volunteers with the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston and the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston to provide pro-bono legal services to those who may otherwise be unable to afford everyday legal advice. Emiliano is an active member of: Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Emiliano is fully fluent in Spanish and hopes to master French next. In his spare time, Emiliano enjoys finding new restaurants throughout Houston, playing video games, as well as building computers.
